Supervision

Supervision is at the heart of safe, ethical, and effective counselling practice. It’s more than a requirement—it’s a space to pause, reflect, and stay connected to both your clients and yourself.

The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) describes supervision as a collaborative relationship, where you and your supervisor work together to reflect, learn, and grow. It’s a space to explore challenges, gain insight, and support your ongoing development.

As a fully qualified supervisor and accredited BACP member, I offer a supportive and down-to-earth environment where you can feel safe to bring your work openly. I work pluralistically with counsellors from a range of backgrounds, tailoring supervision to suit your individual needs.

Sessions are available in person, online, by phone, or in groups—whatever works best for you.

Supervision isn’t just about meeting standards—it’s about nurturing your confidence, deepening your skills, and staying connected to the heart of your work.

If you’re looking for a space to reflect, grow, and feel supported, I’d be glad to work alongside you.
